Day 6

Weekend.

Stepped on the weighing scale first thing in the morning.

Weight: 56 kgs
Weight Lost since last weigh-in: 0 kgs
Total Weight Loss: 7 kgs

Disappointed. Took my morning set and had breakfast 30 minutes after. First time since taking the pills that I wanted to eat breakfast. I thought that maybe if I eat today, I wouldn't be as nauseated as I was the day before. Ate 1 piece of cracker with tuna.  Spent the entire morning lying down.

Lunch time I ate half of a ripe mango plus 1 cracker with tuna. Downed it with coconut water.  Spent the entire afternoon sleeping. Couldn't tolerate the extreme nausea I was feeling. It was as if my whole world was spinning right in front of me. Woke up at 5:30pm.

Was able to survive the entire day without looking at my phone.  Too dizzy.

Dinner time. Finished the last piece of cracker I opened this morning and half of the ripe mango I had for lunch..  

Post-dinner, had about 3 pieces of chips and 3 pieces of eggnog biscuits.

Took the night time pills and retired to bed,
