No breakfast. Had a glass of lukewarm water with lemon.
Still nauseated. Feels like I am floating in mid-air. Not sure if this is the pills' side effect or because I didn't eat breakfast. Mouth's really dry. Still feels the need to drink every now and then to quench my thirst. Kept popping these tic tacs in my mouth to help soothe the dryness somehow. Bathroom's too far. Wasn't able to work well. Lethargic. I just want to crawl into bed. Also, there's this slight pang of pain in my abdomen. Thank God it's Friday. At least I get to rest for the entire day tomorrow.
Had the company nurse take my bloop pressure. 90/70. Normal but lower than my usual 110/90.
Lunch break. Had two spoons of the ripe mango and a little of the beef noodle soup. Too
nauseated. Had to sleep it off. Not sure if the nausea is from the bangkok pills or because I have my monthly period. Had to take ferrous sulfate to help fight off the nausea which always happens at this time of the month.
By mid-afternoon, I am still nauseated. Had to munch on a few chips and lick on salt to prevent vomiting. Couldn't focus with work due to spinning head and blurred vision. Felt the need to run up to the bathroom and throw up. If it helped relieve that nausea, yes but not really.
Dinner. Had about half a serving of spaghetti and a 2 pinches of the fried chicken. Nausea's getting worse.
Took the night time pills and retired to bed earlier than usual on a Friday night.
