Day 1

Post Holy Week.

I am guilty of binge-eating over the long vacation.  I ate more than I should mainly because I knew I had my pills ready for intake after Holy Week.

Day 1.

Took the morning set upon waking up at 7am.  Stepped on the scale after my first morning pee.


Starting weight : 63 kgs


Peed more than usual.  Had about 6 trips to the loo before going to work which is not normal since I'm not much of a water drinker so I rarely pee at all.  Also, wasn't able to eat breakfast since I was running late for work.

Morning break passed. Didn't really feel hungry at all. Considering my body clock always hungry during breaks, this is quite unusual. Started feeling dehydrated at 10:49am.  Drank about 400mL of water in one gulp.  My mouth went dry.  I was parched.  I drank more than my usual intake which is good since I was recently confined for dehydration.

Lunch break.  Still not hungry.  Chose to sleep instead since I was really sleepy.  No idea if it was because of the pill or because I slept at 2am the night before. After my power nap, prepped for work again and had a small bite of the leftover sylvanna from the fridge.

Spent the entire afternoon working.  Still parched.  Had about 5 tic tacs and a mint to control my drying mouth. Seriously felt like I was burned out.  I swear it felt like i could drink a whole gallon of water.

The downside, those long, tiring walks to the bathroom.  Considered it an exercise instead to work off the crying fats.

Prior to taking this pills, I was majorly concerned about headaches and possible nausea. Good thing I didn't experiece any of that today. 

Dinner.   Still not hungry,  Drank about a liter off water the whole night. Talk about cleansing. If those articles I previously read about water giving skin a natural glow, then this might help me rejuvinate my skin as well.

I am excited for tomorow's weigh in.
