Day 4

Took my morning set later than usual since it is a holiday.

Weigh: 57 kgs
Weight Lost from last Weigh In: 1kg
Total Weight Loss: 6kgs

For lunch, had about a tablespoon of corned beef with potato and half of a ripe mango. Slept after lunch for almost 3 hours.

By mid-afternoon, I was starting to feel hungry. I ate one small bag of chips.

Dinner. Had about 6 had sips of from the noodle soup my mom was having, 3 bite-sized bread sticks, half of a ripe mango.  Drank medicinal herbal tea before going to bed.

Sleepy at 8pm. Unusual  Maybe because I slept at 3am the night before,

Was starting to feel nauseaous the entire night. I don't think it was from hunger since I've been eating small portions the whole day. I was salivating.  I wanted to throw up but there was nothing.

I just had to sleep this off.  Popped my night time pills and went to bed.
