Day 9

Early morning weigh-in.

Weight: 56 kgs
Lost Weight since last weigh-in: 0 kgs
Total Weight Loss: 7 kgs

I am starting to feel disappointed.  Although I can feel mt body shrinking, there hasn't been any change in my weight for the past 4 days.

Had lemon water for breakfast and a lot of water for the whole morning. I felt normal. No dizziness.

Had coconut water for lunch and had my usual lunch time nap.

Since it was my officemate's birthday, had a bowl of noodle soup (avoiding the meat) and about 3 teaspoon of ube ice cream. My diet is ruined. I feel this huge pang of guilt everytime I eat.  This is not good.

No dinner as usual. But had about half a liter of of water before going to bed.
