Woke up at 7am. Took the pills after the first morning pee and excitedly stepped on the scale.
Weight: 60kgs
Lost: 3kgs
This is surreal! In 24 hours, I lost more than what I had expected. Had to check my bathroom scale a million times to see if the 0 was misaligned. Still reads the same.
Had no problems with doing my business in the morning. I normally take laxatives (slimming tea) to help me regularize my movement. This morning, I had no problem with that
No breakfast. Running late as usual.
Still doubtful of the result of my weigh in at home, I immediately checked our office scale as soon as I arrived at my office to see if the result is the same as that at home. Yep. 3 kgs off. YAY!
Water retention. Exactly why I feel bloated. At least now I'm losing the excess fluid in my system. Ironically, when you drink a lot of water, you lose the water weight through urinating. Water helps flush out chemicals, sodium, toxins and other causes of water retention out of your system.
Too lazy to walk to the bathroom though. Trying to cut back on my water intake. My tic tacs help me get through my parchness somehow.
Had one small banana for lunch paired with 3 glasses of water and slept throughout the rest of my lunch period.
By afternoon breaktime, I could not resist the free pizza delivered at our office. Had one small slice, 3 pieces of lengua biscuits and downed it with about 300mL water. I felt weird and had to run to the bathroom to throw up. Maybe it was because I drank too much water that my stomach overflowed.
Dinner time. Was too tired to even think about food. Took the night time pills and had about half a mug of warm milk before retiring to bed at 11pm. Exactly what I needed, uninterrupted sleep.
