My Bangkok Pills Diary: MEGA STRONG (Half-Set)

Instructions are as follows:

DONT''s:
1. Avoid alcoholic drinks. (If you plan to drink alcohol on a certain day, don,t drink bangkok pills on that day and day after)
2. Avoid softdrinks
3. Sauna bath isn't allowed
4. Don't take any other slimming products

DO's:
1. Drink lots of water
2. Low-carb or no-carb diet is better (but not required)
3. If you can exercise, that's better. But if not, that's okay.
4. Weigh in the morning (after your first pee)


Daily monitoring is required to check the effectivity of the pill. Weight goal: 45 kgs. I'm 15 kgs away from my target weight. It's gonna take me months of sacrifice and being the food lover that I am, I need all the willpower I can get to say NO to food.
