Day 3

Since I stepped on the scale the night before, i wasn't surprised to see what it read.

Weight: 57 kgs
Weight lost since last weigh-in: 0 kgs
Total weight loss: 3 kgs

That is disappointing, Maybe I lost all the water weight and need to burn off the fats. Maybe. If only I have time in the morning. But this yellow pill makes it hard to wake up the morning.

Although I haven't eaten for 3 days already, I still had to do my number 2.  Since I haven't eaten anything solid, it's all water. Went 3 times before going to work. All water. 

So as usual, had warm lemon water in the morning before popping the morning set.  Was able to consume about 750mL of water in the morning.  Nauseated. Tolerable though. Still having frequent trips to the bathroom.

Lunch time. Had hone piece of biscuit and 3 tablespoons of the soup of the pipiian momma was having. Drank 300mL coconut water. That's about it. Then I had to go again. Still, water. 

The entire afternoon went by. Too the lunch time pills by 2:30 to avoid getting hungry during breaktime. But since I am loaded with so much work, I didn't even think about food. For the entire afternoon, I was able to consume 1L of water. Nausea's gone by now.

Was able to fight the urge to eat at the fastfood since I went out after work to buy mama her mag.  

But by diuner time, i was starting to feel hungry. Ate one piece of biscuit with 300mL of coconut water.

Decided to go to bed earlier than usual, Originally planned to wait for the Game of Thrones on TV but it was too late. Was way too sleepy. I just needed to sleep so bad. Popped my night time pills and called it a night.

Day 2

Excited. Stepped on the scale as soon as I woke up.

Weight: 57 kgs
Weight lost since last weigh-in: 3 kgs
Total weight loss: 3 kgs

This is exactly the motivation I need to want to lose weight.  When you start to see result, it drives you to lose some more.

Last night, I was able to sleep except for the trips to the bathroom.  I had no problem going back to sleep unlike my normal days when I'd wake up to take a pee then having problems going back to sleep. I slept tight and found it hard to wake up in the morning.

Had a tall glass of warm lemon water for breakfast and nothing else, took my morning set of pills and went to bed.  Was perspiring more than usual.  If I wasn't at work, this would be a good time time to burn all the fats through exercise.  Was nauseated again at 10pm. I was starting to get the hang of it.  Before lunch time, my superior treated me to a whole roll of cake.  Since I'm on a strict diet, I decided to bring it home and give it to momma instead.

30 minute power nap at lunchtime.  Upon waking up, found momma transferring the cake to a smaller container. Was able to fight the urge to at least finger swipe the strong scent of the icing of the Mocha Roll.  Downed it with 300mL coconut water instead. 

By 2pm, I took the lunch time pill because there was no need to suppress the appetite at lunch time since I only sleep at lunch.  The only thing I'm avoiding is the daily 3 o'clock break time habit of my officemates.  Sometimes it's just too hard to resist the temptation.  This pill works best during those hours.  Wasn't able to drink as much water as yesterday because I got caught up with too much work.

Afternoon break time.  Once again, free food courtesy of the company.  The usual macaroni soup and rice cake.  Looking at the officemates eat is enough to satisfy me since I had no appetite at all.  My lemon-mint-cucumber-infused water was enough for me since my mouth has been drying up all day. 

Day 2 successful in saying NO to every day food trip at the office which I wouldn't normally do without the appetite suppressant.

For dinner. Had about 500 mL of coconut water, 500 mL of infused water.  Not hungry at all.  Before bedtime, took the night time set and downed it with 2 tall glasses of plain water.

As expected, peeing every now and then makes sleeping hard because you have to get up every time you doze off.  But at least there's no problem going back to sleep.

Day 1

Woke up excited to continue my journey to weight loss which has been put on hold for a month.  My first try on the pills made me lose 9 kgs (19.8 lbs).

Today, I decided to give it one more shot. Upon waking up, I had warm lemon water.  Normally I'd drink room-temperature water with lemon but I heard that it's better with warm water.  Apparently, it helps with weight loss.

After my usual morning hot bath, I stepped on the scale and was not shocked at all to see my current weight.

Starting Weight: 60 kgs

I gained 6 kgs over the month. I need to get back on track. So I popped my morning set and went to work. As expected, I've been going to the bathroom every 30 minutes since I've been drinking a lot of lemon water.  At about 9am, I was starting to feel nauseated. It was really bad that I wanted to buy iron-supplement, thinking that I was just another anemia attack. However, I realized it was the pills that's probably causing the dizziness. In the morning, was able to consume a liter of water.

Forgot to take my lunch time pill at lunch since I normally have 45-minute power nap. Remembered to take the pill at about 2 pm which is good because we normally eat a lot at work especially in the afternoon. Thanks to the pill, I was able to resist the birthday treat of one of my co-employees which consists of pasta, lumpia and ice cream.  Funny thing is, I wanted to eat so bad but I just didn't have the appetite. I ended up staring at all the food and those who were eating while drinking my lemon water. Nausea is gone and so is my large appetite.

For dinner, had about 300mL of coconut water because I still didn't have the appetite.  30 minutes before bedtime, I took the night time set of pills and downed it with 500mL of plain water.  I was parched. The downside, having to go to the bathroom every so often esp when I'm so sleepy.  I hated waking up just when I had dozed off just because I needed to pee again. Finally, I was able to go to sleep...
