Day 18

Final morning weigh-in.

Weight: 54 kgs
Weight lost since last weigh-in: 0 kg
Total weight loss: 9 kgs

Okay. Fair enough. The effects of my half set of bangkok pills:

* a noticeable inches off the waist, bust and hips
* my face looks smaller
* lost 9 kgs (19.4 lbs) 

Everyone noticed how I lost a lot of weight and that is every girl's music to their ears. The best part of it is feeling good about myself and somehow I gained back the confidence I lost when I started gaining weight.

Day 17

Morning weigh in.

Weight: 54 kgs
Weight lost since last weigh-in: 0 kg
Total weight loss: 9 kgs

Lemon-water for breakfast and nothing else for the rest of the day.

Day 16

Weight: 55 kgs
Weight gained since last weigh-in: 0 kg
Total weight loss: 8 kgs

Expected this to happen since I've been eating over the weekend. Today I went back to starving myself hoping to lose more weight. 

Last 2 pills on hand. For the entire day, I relied on lemon-infused water to keep me full. 

Day 14 & 15

Skipped the pills. I only have two more left so I might as well take it on the weekdays. The cost of half a set is too much. So this weekend is my cheat day.

Day 12

Morning weigh-in.

Weight: 54 kgs
Weight lost since last weigh-in: 0 kg
Total weight loss: 9 kgs

So maybe I didn't lose any weight since I've been eating again. Maybe if I exercise it'll help lose the excess weight but I have got no time since I usually get off at work at dinner time.

For breakfast, I only had lemon water.

Lunch. The usual mango and tuna.

Dinner. A lot of coconut water.
